Hi there

A message was sent to you regarding record request #19-208:

Good afternoon,

The City has to conduct a search for records, examine records, consult with another agency, or compile data in order to determine whether it has disclosable records. Pursuant to Cal. Government Code section 6253(c), the City needs to search for, collect, and appropriately examine a voluminous amount of separate and distinct records that are demanded in a single request. Therefore, the City is taking a 14-day extension in which to conduct this search and examination. We will notify you on or before February 8 whether the City has disclosable records.

Kind regards.
