Hello,
There are devices with the text "MRV" written on them installed on the traffic signals at La Jolla Village Drive/Town Center Drive and at Miramar Road/Nobel Drive. Pursuant to the California Public Records Act (California Government Code §§ 6250), I hereby request all records related to the instillation, operation, and maintenance of these devices. Please include, but do not limit your search to, purchase orders, invoices, work orders, permits, and manuals.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 calendar days, as the statute requires.

Hi James, It looks like that since this email was a response to a password reset request it went to the support team rather than getting linked to the request itself. In order for your message to get to the City you will need to either respond to one of the notification emails (the reply-to address should be something containing you request ID number), or log into the site and leave a message manually. Also, there have been a few compatibility issues in the past with MuckRock generated emails since you may be sending from an email address that is different than the one associated with the request (which is what our system uses to link your response to the request itself).
