Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
I am requesting Vehicle Stop all the raw traffic stop data from from 2014 until 2017 inclusive. I am requesting data similar to the fields on your open data portal but with the ADDITION of:
- subject first name
- subject last name
- subject dob,
alternatively you may provide a person_id (this is meta-data and pursuant to California law are required to provide it), which tracks the same individual in your record management system.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 calendar days, as the statute requires.
