Pursuant to the the San Francisco Sunshine ordinance and CPRA, I hereby request the following records:
• Any information related to crime statistics and incident reports for the San Francisco airport.
I request that records be made available on a rolling basis, rather than all at once when all matching records are available.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
I’d be happy to discuss my request to figure out what would be the easiest or best way to provide the requested data.
If my request is denied in whole or part, I ask that you justify all deletions by reference to specific exemptions of the law. I will also expect you to release all segregable portions of otherwise exempt material. I reserve the right to appeal your decision to withhold any information or deny a waiver of fees.

SFO Airport Bureau SFPD is prepared to comply with your Sunshine request, however, I would like to ask if you can send either a specific request or a timeline set dates. I am not sure if you are asking for incident reports as far back as when the SFPD absorbed the Airport or a specific year?
Further, SFPD completes reports on an I-LEADS system and the San Mateo County Sheriff's Office Records department is the keeper. Any request for actual incident reports would have to be redirected to the San Mateo County Sheriff's Office for release. I can provide you with a form for Incident report request, however, you may have to contact their office if the request is in large quantities of data or arrange for physical pick up of hard copies.
