1. Produce records of all employee hours worked in 2020 and 2021 providing security.

2. Produce records of all overtime hours and earnings for District Attorney employees for 2020 and 2021.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

I have been waiting for two months for an acknowledgment of this request. Please update.

Thank you for your patience. Attached please find the response and responsive records to your request. For clarification, we do not have functional time sheets in the San Francisco District Attorney's Office so we cannot separate security hours from non-security hours for members of the DA's security detail. Please let me know if you have any additional questions.
