Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

For the dates between June. 1, 2020 and June 14, 2024:

ALL CORRESPONDENCE OF ANY KIND, written or electronic, including all texts, emails, letters, Signal, BlueSky, Facebook, Meta, Twitter, direct messages, phone calls, etc., between District 5 supervisor Dean Preston and the following:

All police reports filed by Preston or members of his family regarding threats made to Preston or his family by Susan Dyer Reynolds.

Any requests for security (measures, personnel, detail) — either private or through the City of San Francisco — made by Preston or members of his family regarding threats made to Preston or his family by Susan Dyer Reynolds.

Any requests to any security company for adding security to their home(s) made by Preston or members of his family regarding threats made to Preston or his family by Susan Dyer Reynolds.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
