Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

- All records of communications, including email, text, letters, or other written correspondence, between the Mayor’s office and the outreach or mapping consultants.
- All records or communications, including email, text, letters, or other written correspondence, between the Mayor’s office and Marjan Philhour or Byron Philhour about redistricting, the redistricting task force, or proposed maps.
- All records of communications, including email, text, letters, or other written correspondence, between Arnold Townsend and the outreach or mapping consultants about redistricting, the redistricting task force, or proposed maps or lines.
- All records of communication, including email, text, letters, or other written correspondence, between Chasel Lee and the Cole Valley Improvement Association or its representatives about redistricting, the redistricting task force, or proposed maps or lines.
- All records of communication, including email, text, letters, or other written correspondence, between Lily Ho and residents or representatives of the Seacliff neighborhood about redistricting, the redistricting task force, or proposed maps or lines.
- All records of communications, including email, text, letters, or other written correspondence, between José María Hernández Gil and representatives of the East Cut Community Benefit District or its representatives about redistricting, the redistricting task force, or proposed maps or lines.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 calendar days, as the statute requires.
