Departmental Vacancies SF Mayor (Office of the Mayor of San Francisco)

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the California Public Records Act & San Francisco Sunshine Ordinance, I hereby request the following records:

For each department in the city, please provide a full list of any vacancies submitted by DHR class number, the date of submission, and the date of mayoral approval for all vacancies submitted from February 1, 2020 to May 12,2021. Please provide this data segregated by department. If you have any questions, please let me know within 24 hours of receiving this request.

If my request is denied in whole or in part, I ask that you justify all deletions by reference to specific exemptions of the law. I will also expect you to release all segregable portions of otherwise exempt material. I reserve the right to appeal your decision to withhold any information or deny a waiver of fees.

Though this request is not burdensome, I request that all records be made available on a rolling basis, rather than all at once when matching records are available.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or USB drive if not.
