Pursuant to the California Public Records Act (California Government Code §§ 6250), I hereby request the following records:

Any and all documents and internal correspondence relating to the Executive Order titled "Protecting the Nation from Foreign Terrorist Entry into the United States" and subsequent associated protests at SFO.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 calendar days, as the statute requires.

Response dated February 21, 2017:
With regard to your request, we have not yet completed our review of all responsive records and are invoking an extension of not more than 14 days pursuant to California Government Code § 6253(c)(3) due to the need to consult with another City department. We will endeavor to respond to you as quickly as possible, and no later than Saturday, March 4, 2017.

Please note, the Mayor’s Office did not receive any request from you prior to February 8, 2017.

On February 21, 2017, with regard to your request, our office invoked an extension of not more than 14 days pursuant to California Government Code § 6253(c)(3) due to the need to consult with another City department. We have now completed our search.
