Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

In a recent city council meeting (https://sanmateo.primegov.com/Portal/Meeting?meetingTemplateId=8018) Amendment No. 3 to the master services and purchasing agreement with Axon Enterprise, Inc. was approved for use of a Skydio X10 drone and associated Skydio Remote Flight Deck Software.

Therefore, I hereby request the following records, from Jan 01, 2024 to the processing of this request:

1) Any digital communications (including but not limited to emails and text messages) as well as documents, (including but not limited to PDF, word processing, excel, and slide documents) that mention "Skydio", "X10", or "Remote Flight Deck". This includes communications from Skydio, Axon Enterprise, Inc., or any other external entities that may have been consulted. Please include all attachments.

2) All instructional materials, presentations and presentation materials (including recorded video and audio, and PowerPoint files), and other guidance on the features and use of Skydio drones. This can exclude notes taken during meetings, but should include A) any explanations (whether internally or externally generated) of how Skydio works, and B) any other document that has been used to help explain the use of Skydio, including internal documentation, public relations materials, and executive summaries.

3) A copy of any materials related to evaluation of the addition of Skydio equipment (such as possible effects on privacy impact assessments, use policies, standard operating procedures, or data retention policies) not covered by (1) (such as meeting notes not captured in email).

I also request that any records maintained in an electronic format be provided in that same format (such as a PDF, XLS, or PPT file), to avoid copying costs.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
