Good Afternoon Bethney,

After researching and contacting the California Department of Education
regarding your PRA Request: Implementing SB 695, it was clarified that the
content of SB 695 is intended to provide guidance to the Instructional
Quality Commission (IQC) in the development of the New Health Framework at
the State level. Attached is a document, from the CDE Website, that provides
information regarding the history of developing the California Health
Framework. Also, page three of this document, provides the specific SB 695
guidance that must be included in the New Health Framework.

Since the content of SB 695 is specific for the IQC and the development of
the New Health Framework, which is at its initial stages, the San Mateo
County Office of Education does not have records regarding the
implementation of SB 695.

Please feel free to contact me if you have questions.
Best,

Marco A. Chávez
