The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 calendar days, as the statute requires.

Sincerely,

Daysia Tolentino

Good morning,

I write in response to your Public Records Act Request dated November 19, 2018. In general, you have requested documents that (if they exist) would be exempt from the Public Records Act pursuant to Section 6254(f) of the Government Code. However, we are open to attempting to creating some sort of log as a courtesy. That indicated, we do not organize cases by "revenge porn". We generally organize cases (among other ways) by Penal Code Section. The closest Penal Code Section I can locate is 653.2(a)(2). Is that the section in which you are interested? Are there any others? Once you respond, I will see whether I can reasonably comply with your request.
Regards,
Jenna

Hello Jenna,

Thank you so much with your help with this request! I really appreciate. I have a clarifying question: what do occurred date 1/2 and occurred time 1/2 indicate? From what I'm gathering, occurred date 1 means the date the incident occurred. Let me know if this is accurate. Thanks again!

Daysia

From: San Mateo County Sheriff’s Office

Hi there,

No problem at all!

Occurred date and time 1 and 2 just mean that it could be a date or time range. For example, for case 15-11164, it looks like the date occurred is between 11/22/15 at 1907 hours and 11/24/15 at 1035 hours. Hopefully that makes sense, but feel free to call me as it might be easier to explain over the phone.
Thanks,
Jenna
