Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
All writings associated with the Board of Supervisors AB-481 Sub-Committee. This should include all meeting schedules, agendas, minutes as well as all staff reports prepared for the sub-committee, all public or internal notices, requests for information and resulting responses, all external writings received by the committee and any other writings associated with the sub-committee not mentioned here.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 calendar days, as the statute requires.

Thank you for your submission of 8 documents. Please confirm that based on these documents:
There was only one meeting of the sub-committee.
It was private and held 64 days or less prior to the Board of Supervisor's vote.
No meeting minutes nor notes from this meeting were taken by any of the members or other attendees.
The sub-committee did not request nor receive any information other than two public comments made prior to the formation of the committee.
