I am requesting all emails sent and received between Harbormaster Curtis Havel and Andrew Hening between August 18th, 2019 and May 5th, 2021.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Hello,
The file format you provided does not work on my mobile device and will likely require me to procure special soft ware to inspect.
This is troubling change in how the County submits responsive documents, especially considering this PRA is concerning the treatment of unhoused people. We rely heavily on our phones, and the County is keeping libraries mostly close at this point. The format unduly restricts people directly affected by the subject matter of the PRA from inspecting the documents. Therefore I resubmit the PRA requesting that it be in PDF or JPG format which are cell phone friendly.
