Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
I would like to request Curtis Havel’s résumé and or job application and any documentation or communications in regards to him being hired by the RBRA. I would like to request any documentation of any advertisement or effort made by the RBRA to find the most qualified individual for the available position . I am requesting anything or publicly posting the available position if harbor master and any documentation of any deliberation process on record in order to find the most qualified candidate to fill this role as harbor master. I would like any documents or communication that shows evidence of previous job experience that would have provided necessary qualifications or the Required skill set in to be the designated harbormaster Including but not limited to his captains license and his certification for towing boats within Richardson Bay. I’d also like to request any documentation or communication regarding the previous harbor master Bill Price and his Resignation
including the date that bill price stopped working for the RBRA when he was removed from payroll . I would like to also request the exact dates Chris Havel assume the official Title of harbor master. I would also like to request any documents Or communication in regards to him taking over Beth pollards position After her resignation And Clarification of who appointed him into this position.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
