Brian Barr Use of Force Data

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Illinois Freedom of Information Act., I hereby request the following records:

I request,
1.) Disaggregated data for all use of force incidents for the Sangamon County Sheriff's Office in structured, tabular, or original database format (.csv, .txt, .xml, or .xsl), from January 1, 2023, through the date of this request,
2.) A code list for the complaints, data dictionary, or definitions for any variables with coded responses.
3.) Additionally, I request detailed or written reports for incidents involving Officer Sear Patrick Grayson.

If any part of my request cannot be granted, please proceed with the remainder of the request.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
