2. All written, recorded, or video taped training materials regarding Penal Code §§ 1001-1001.9 and/or Chapter 2.7. Misdemeanor Diversion.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

These records are not responsive to the request. The request was for records related to Penal Code §§ 1001-1001.9. The records sent were related to Penal Code § 1001.95, which is a different diversion statute.

In response to your May 5 email, which followed up on a March 17 CPRA request, the Santa Clara County District Attorney’s Office has identified one additional responsive record (attached). Besides the attached and the documents previously produced on March 19, 2021, the DA’s Office has no further non-privileged responsive records. As noted in my March 19 email, certain records are exempt from disclosure as attorney work product (Cal. Code Civ. Proc. § 2018.010 et seq.)
