The current field of memberships of each credit union that you regulate.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 15 business days, as the statute requires.

Dear Sam Brownell :
The New Mexico Regulation and Licensing Department is in receipt of your Inspection of Public Records Act request received on July 20, 2023.
We cannot permit inspection of these records because they are exempted from disclosure for the reason provided below:
Pursuant to Section 58-11-8(A) NMSA 1978 (1987), “Information from the records of the division, including division examination reports of which a credit union has possession, is not public records, shall be revealed only with the consent of the director and is not subject to subpoena.” The Director of the Financial Institutions Division has declined to consent.
