Department of Education Letters to 60 Universities and Colleges (Santa Monica College)

Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

A copy of the letter sent to your institution by the United States Department of Education on or about March 10, 2025, referencing Title VI. The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
