Pursuant to the Florida Sunshine Law, I hereby request the following records:
- Any complaints reported against Santa Rosa County Sheriff's Office deputies assigned as school resource officers between Jan. 1, 2009 and Dec. 1, 2019.
- Any records of disciplinary actions taken against Santa Rosa SROs during the above-mentioned time period.
- Any spreadsheets, logs, or other records tracking misconduct lawsuits against Santa Rosa SROs during the above-mentioned time period.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Should the deposit be exhausted before the competition of the request we will advise the difference in cost and request the additional funds before completing your request. Any moneys not used to fulfil your request will be returned to you with a final invoice that reflects actual costs.
