Pursuant to the California Public Records Act (California Government Code §§ 6250), I hereby request the following records:
We are looking for all documents related to the Sausalito contract with FileMaker to purchase FileMaker software, including the original contract, the date, implementation and maintenance costs, total cost, contract duration, and all services rendered.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 calendar days, as the statute requires.

In accordance with the California Public Records Act, Government Code Section 6250, et seq., (the “Act”), the purpose of this email is to respond to the request for documents received by the City of Sausalito on August 7, 2017 via email. Your original email was caught in our Building Inspector's spam email box and it was retrieved on August 7. You are seeking: "all documents related to the Sausalito contract with FileMaker to purchase FileMaker software, including the original contract, the date, implementation and maintenance costs, total cost, contract duration, and all services rendered."

I apologize for the long wait on this one. We have done an exhaustive search of our records and do not have any responsive records. The filemaker contract was implemented over 10 years ago. The only responsive document we have to provide is the attached list of payments made to Filemaker recorded in our accounting system.
