Copies of all Certificate of Records Destruction forms submitted to your library by any city/town agency between January 1st, 2018 and the current date (October 24th, 2020).
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

This email is in response to your FOIA request to the Schaumburg Township District Library received on Monday October 26, 2020 at 4:42pm. You requested:
Copies of all Certificate of Records Destruction forms submitted to your library by any city/town agency between January 1, 2018 and the current date (October 24, 2020).
Schaumburg Township District Library’s most recent certificate of records destruction is dated 11/01/2017, and we have not requested destruction of documents for 2018-2020 to date, so we have no responsive records to provide you with.
Additionally, we are not in the practice of receiving any of said forms to our library by any other city/town agency local or otherwise, and have no responsive records to provide you with.
