Pursuant to the New York Freedom of Information Law, I hereby request the following records:
Any and all cash receipts, invoices, and work product produced by Common Thread Consulting, LLC, a limited liability company owned by Schenectady City Councilman Damonni Farley, for services provided to the Schenectady City School District from July 1, 2021 to the date this request is fulfilled. This includes but is not limited to:
Invoices or billing statements submitted by Common Thread Consulting, LLC to the Schenectady City School District.
Cash receipts showing payment by the Schenectady City School District to Common Thread Consulting, LLC.
Work product produced by Common Thread Consulting, LLC for the Schenectady City School District, including any reports, presentations, or other documents.
Any communications between Schenectady City School District employees and Common Thread Consulting, LLC regarding the services provided by the company.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to appeal the delay in response to my New York Freedom of Information Law request, originally submitted on March 7, 2023, regarding the records pertaining to the Schenectady City School District and Common Thread Consulting, LLC. As of today, May 8, 2023, I have yet to receive the requested documents or any communication acknowledging the progress of my request.
As per the New York Freedom of Information Law, a response is required within five business days. Unfortunately, this time frame has long since passed, and I am left without the requested information or any update on its availability.
I kindly request that you expedite the processing of my request and provide the relevant documents as soon as possible. In addition, I would appreciate an explanation for the delay in responding to my request.
