Good morning,
We responded to this with the following:
Mr. Parker
Since the file is over 6000 emails, the only format to send that amount of data digitally in a workable format is with an Outlook Exchange. There are two other options at this time, our IT department can export it into a pdf file, but it would be one long pdf with all responses back and forth for the 4000 and 2500 emails, some of which are 2-3 pages long. The other option is printing each email one by one which would cost approximately $2000 for printing plus overtime labor for someone to complete the work beyond their normal workday @ approximately $30-$35 an hour. This is an estimate and not an exact cost. If you want us to move forward with the 2nd option, we will invoice you. Payment would be due prior to work completion.
Thank you,
