To Whom It May Concern:
I'm following up on the following Washington Public Records Act request, copied below, and originally submitted on Sept. 14, 2023. You had previously indicated that it would be completed on Nov. 1, 2023. I wanted to check on the status of my request, and to see if there was a new estimated completion date. You had assigned it reference number #C152298-091423.
Thanks for your help, and let me know if further clarification is needed.
From: Office of the Mayor
--- Please respond above this line ---
Ms. Terse,
We are still in the process of reviewing your requested metadata. The report we have generated to respond to your request has hundreds of thousands of rows and the subject line field you have requested needs to be reviewed for any applicable exemptions, such as attorney client privilege communications. This process requires a line-by-line analysis and has taken longer than expected. Therefore, we need additional time for review and anticipate that we will be able to provide the requested records or a first installment of records on or about November 21, 2023.
As a requester, you have the ability to amend your request if you would like to do so and an amendment of the fields being requested, or the date range of records being sought may reduce the processing time needed to complete your request. Please let me know if you would like to make such a change. In the meantime, we will continue the processing work described above.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
Sincerely,
Tracie Cantrell

I am writing to let you know we received your check for $1.25 on 11/7/2023. Since we need more time for review and extended your request until 11/21/23 as stated in my 11/1/23 message below, once the review is complete, I will message you and upload the records via GovQa.
Thank you for your patience. Please let me know if you have any questions.

Hello Traci,
Please correct me if I am wrong but this looks like a list of emails sent to accounts operated by the mayor, not "sent by all accounts operated by the mayor's office" as stated in my original request. I see several emails sent by @gmail.com addresses that do not seem to be operated by the Mayor's Office listed in the installment I just received.
Thank you,
Rose

Please let me know if you have any questions.
Thank you

I've just sent the invoice for the records you requested and once we receive payment from you, I will release the records.
