From: Rose Terse

Hello Kyle,

Please correct me if I am wrong but this looks like a list of emails sent to accounts operated by the mayor, not "sent by all accounts operated by the mayor's office" as stated in my original request. I see several emails sent by "@public.govdelivery.com", "@seattletimes.com", "@seattlesports.org" addresses in the "Email_sender" column that do not seem to be operated by the Mayor's Office listed in the installment I just received.

Thank you,
Rose

Thank you for your message and please accept my apologies for the oversight.
You are correct in that the pdf that was provided to you is a list of e-mails sent to or from Mayor's Office e-mail accounts in the date range you requested. It does have the information you requested, but also has the additional information of e-mails sent to Mayor's Office e-mail accounts.
I am reopening your request and will work on filtering out the data for e-mails sent to Mayor's Office accounts in the date range you specified. If I'm not able to complete this by the end of today, I will be in touch with a date by which I anticipate having the revised pdf available.
