Pursuant to RCW Ch. 42.56 (Public Records Act), I hereby request the following records:
All records related to incident 302833 (2011-09-13, Officers Dunbar and Foreman), including but not limited to: general offense reports, incident reports, investigative reports, supplemental reports, CAD log, resource history, audio of 9-1-1 calls, audio and video recorded by responding officers.
I also request that, if possible, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest and not made for commercial gain. The requested documents will be processed by a representative of the news media/press and made available to the public at MuckRock.com. Please fulfill the request electronically, by e-mail attachment if possible or CD-ROM if not, and let me know of any fees that will be assessed.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.
