Records showing retroactive pay amounts paid out to Seattle Police Officer Guild members as a result of the SPOG contract ratified earlier this year. Please do not forward my request to another department.

I can provide records held by Human Resources Department. For records from other City of Seattle departments, please use the public records portal to make a request directly to that department. The requested records or a first installment of records will be provided on 02/24/2025.
I am checking if SDHR received a copy of documents related to SPD retro pay. However, as I mentioned in my earlier email relater to request
C192643, the best way for you to receive these records once they become available is SPD HR. SDHR might not receive a copy.

A reasonable search of my department, including speaking with subject matter experts and relevant staff , did not locate responsive records.  Please contact Seattle Police Department. The Human Resources Department considers your request closed and plans to take no further action to fulfill this request.
If you have any follow-up questions or would like to initiate an administrative appeal under MDAR 17-0002 Section 6, please contact us within 10 business days, after which this request will no longer be monitored for communications. Judicial review of the Human Resources Department's response to C200790-101024 may be sought within one year of this letter, consistent with RCW 42.56.550.
