Pursuant to RCW Ch. 42.56 (Public Records Act), I hereby request the following records:
I am requesting a current (7/1/2015) staff roster spreadsheet that is inclusive of badge number, name, rank/title, and unit.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

Pursuant to RCW 42.56.520, this is notification that we have received your public disclosure request, and we anticipate it may take up to 2 weeks from the date of this notification to respond. Therefore we anticipate a response to you on or about August 6, 2015.
This additional time is used to research this request, collect responsive records, and/or prepare records for dissemination. Please note: Seattle Police Department currently receives approximately 4,000 public disclosure requests annually.
