Pursuant to the Kansas Open Records Act (K.S.A. 45-215), I hereby request the following records:
Copy of minutes from all 911 management board meetings and from 2005-2015.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 3 business days, as the statute requires.

In response to your written correspondence dated September 29, 2015 that was received in the Sheriff's Office, a CD was provided to the County Clerk on September 9, 2015. Today, I am sending the Shawnee County Clerk's Office with a 2nd CD of the requested information, which will be resent to you by certified mail.
