The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

The December 2015 request was for copies of the 911 Management meeting minutes. These records were held by the county clerk’s office and were not in the possession of the Sheriff’s Office. This immediate records request (for 911 dispatch policies) was dated August 26, 2016 and acknowledged within the three days following receipt of the request. Your request consists of 71 pages. The cost for your request is $32.50 ($.25 x71, $5.75 mailing, $9.00 clerk time). Please remit $32.50 made payable to Shawnee County. Upon receipt of said payment, the Sheriff’s Office will mail the requested copies to the address provided.

The records you requested were not stored electronically and hard copies were made. There were 71 pages. As I indicated to you earlier, the policies you requested are no longer in effect, having been recently updated. The pricing was based upon the fee schedule used by the Attorney General. 71 pages at .25 per page($17.75), mailing $.50 for the first five pages and $.25 for each 5 page increment ($5.75,) and $9.00 for clerk time for a total of $32.50. If you still desire these records, please remit the above stated amount made payable to the Shawnee County Sheriff’s Office.
