The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Please find the response attached. Note, the software that the Village has used to track requests has changed throughout the years. As a result, I am unable to provide a uniform log. What is included shows the date a request was received, when it was responded to and what department (if tracked) it was sent to. Also, I am unable to release the names of the requesters due to Section 7(1)(b) of the Freedom of Information Act which exempts private information, like names, addresses and birthdates, from disclosure.
