Pursuant to the Illinois Freedom of Information Act., I hereby request the following records:
Any and all records (including but not limited to drawings, photographs, memos, emails, receipts of purchase, word processor documents, PDF documents, PowerPoint files, image files etc.) created in the process of design, purchase, materials, labor, communication, and completion of Skokie Police Department "trading cards" including final trading card files.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

This email is in response to your recent request, Request Number: 741-2022 made under the Freedom of Information Act. Section 3(d) of the Freedom of Information Act provides that the five-day response period may be extended for up to five additional working days for a limited number of reasons. Specifically:
Subsection 3(e)(i) states that the response time period may be extended if “the requested records are stored in whole or in part at other locations than the office having charge of the requested records”
Subsection 3(e)(ii) states that the response time period may be extended if “the request requires the collection of a substantial number of specified records”.
Pursuant to Subsections 3(e)(i) and 3(e)(ii) we are notifying you of the Village’s intent to extend the time needed to research your request an additional five days. Your FOIA request will be completed no later than August 26, 2022.
