Pursuant to the California Public Records Act (California Government Code §§ 6250), I hereby request the following records:
We are looking for all documents related to the Solano County contract with Accela to purchase Accela permitting software, including the original contract, the date, implementation and maintenance costs, total cost, contract duration, and all services rendered.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 calendar days, as the statute requires.

We received your public records request on August 21, 2017. Specifically, you have requested the following public records:
All documents related to the Solano County contract with Accela to purchase Accela permitting software, including the original contract, the date, implementation and maintenance costs, total cost, contract duration, and all services rendered.
Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, the Department of Resource Management has ten days to consider your request and to inform you whether the items requested will be produced. The rate charged for standard sized copies is $ .42 for the first page and $ .21 for each additional page; the rate charged for over-sized copies is $2.00 per square foot. An additional $15.00 will be charged for certified copies. A research fee and postage fees may also apply.
