To Whom It May Concern:
Pursuant to the Indiana Access to Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
I had a chance to speak with Kathy Eli on the telephone, and she mentioned that you would be the able to help me!
As Kathy mentioned, I am looking for information about the Mayor Pete's 1,000 homes in 1,000 days initiative.
Attached is my completed City form, but I've also included the contents of my request below.
https://www.huduser.gov/portal/pdredge/pdr-edge-inpractice-011116.html
As mentioned in the above press release, the initiative addressed 1,122 houses:
427 were repaired
569 were demolished
10 were deconstructed
6 were set aside for repair by community development corporations
110 were under contract for demolition.
For these 1,122 houses, I would like the following information:
1) the house's address
2) Whether the house was ultimately repaired, demolished, deconstructed, set aside for repair by community development corporations, or under contract for demolition
3) The date the house was sorted into one of these 5 categories (when it was repaired, demolished, etc.).
4) Any other available information about these houses or the owners of these houses.
Let me know if you have any questions about my request! Please feel free to reach out, my cell is 781-941-0829.
Best,
Ava Sasani
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 7 business days, as the statute requires.
Sincerely,
Ava Sasani

Good morning,
Thank you so much for your response! This is incredibly helpful. May I ask what "V and A" status means, though?
Best,
Ava Sasani
From: Code Enforcement
V and A should stand for Vacant and Abandoned.
