Pursuant to the South Carolina Public Records Law, I hereby request the following records:

A list of officers within State Transport Police who received an “Unsatisfactory” rating in any category during the Fiscal Year 2024 Employee Performance Management System (EPMS) review process.

For each officer, please include:
Officer name
Rank or title
Troop/region assignment
The category or categories where an “Unsatisfactory” was recorded

If available, any relevant performance metric associated with the rating (e.g. number of inspections completed during the rating period)

I am not requesting any full evaluation forms or narrative comments—only the structured fields as listed above.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 15 business days, as the statute requires.
