Pursuant to the South Carolina Public Records Law, I hereby request the following records:

I request access to any records related to the City of Clinton's sanitation services, including, but not limited to:

1. Any formal complaints or investigations into Clinton’s Streets & Sanitation Department from March 1, 2024 – March 1, 2025.

2. Any legal opinions, advisories, or rulings concerning the City of Clinton’s responsibility for waste collection and public sanitation.

3. Any communications or reports involving the Public Integrity Unit regarding possible negligence, misconduct, or mismanagement of sanitation services in Clinton.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
