Pursuant to the South Carolina Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
Data from a video or audio recording made by a law enforcement vehicle-mounted recording device or dashboard camera that involves the officer involved incident resulting in death which occurred on 2/21/24 in the area of US-78 and Shipley St. Specifically, the dashcam video and audio which captures the incident and the moments before and after the incident. The requested records will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
