Pursuant to the South Carolina Public Records Law, I hereby request the following records:

1. Total number of inspections statewide (October 1, 2024 – present), broken down by:

Level 1

Level 2

Level 3

2. Monthly inspection totals for each region across the state.

3. Comparison of current inspection numbers to the federal fiscal year goal.

4. Any memos, emails, or reports discussing whether the state is meeting its required inspection numbers for the federal fiscal year.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
