Good morning:

In response to your PRR request, you may have received two PRR responses from me, in which I realized the first PRR sent did not have the completed redaction for the record. I inadvertently attached the wrong incident copy #230700648 without removing the name and DATE OF BIRTH of a named juvenile by others. Please shred the first incident #230700648 that was sent early morning on today's date prior to 8 am. I sent the incident #20230846 again this morning prior to this email around 915 am with the completed and correct redaction, you should be able to clearly note the different.

Please advise receipt of this request and that you will use the correct PRR for availability to the public and shred the incorrect PRR #20230846.

I apologize for the oversight.

Thank you.
