Pursuant to the South Carolina Public Records Law, I hereby request the following records:

1. The form titled "A Citizen's Request for Reconsideration of Library Materials," referenced on page 2 of the "Spartanburg County Public Libraries Materials Selection Policy."

2. Copies of any such form submitted to the Spartanburg County Public Libraries since January 1, 2022, including any responses or other records generated by the form's submission.

3. Any such form, including related correspondence and documents, submitted to the County Librarian with a recommendation for action—including the action recommendations themselves since January 1, 2022.

4. Any documents and correspondence concerning the County Librarian's response to persons or organizations requesting review of library material since January 1, 2022.

5. Any documents and correspondence related to requests for reconsideration that were reviewed by the Spartanburg County Public Libraries Board of Trustees since January 1, 2022.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 15 business days, as the statute requires.
