Additional clarification is required regarding the search parameters to be utilized for a search of the County's email archive. For example, would you be amenable to the following:
Time Frame: from 01/01/2023 to 06/17/2024
To/From: all SCSO Employees
Keywords: Langley Productions
You are welcome to modify the above search parameters. Please confirm that the above search parameters are satisfactory. If they are not, please provide modified parameters under which a search can be performed.
Please respond within 30 days of today’s date, or by 07/24/2024, confirming the above search parameters, or provide the alternate search parameters. If no such response is received from you by that date, we will proceed with our understanding of the request based on the above listed search parameters.
Our procedure is to locate records, review them for exemptions, and then prepare them for your inspection or copying. Due to the potential volume of records that may be responsive to this request, as well as the complexity of identifying and gathering the records, we anticipate processing this request in installments.
