Pursuant to the the Louisiana Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
Standing Rock clean up footage taken by Robert Riddick. This was referenced in this records release by the Governor's Office of North Dakota: https://www.muckrock.com/foi/north-dakota-232/oceti-sakowin-clean-up-nd-governors-office-33984/#file-124947. The footage was taken February 24th 2017.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 3 business days, as the statute requires.

I have the requested footage on a DVD which I can mail to you, it is too large to email. The fee is $25. + postage. I can send you an invoice for the total, which we require to be paid in full prior to mailing the DVD.
