Pursuant to the Florida Sunshine Law, I hereby request the following records:

All unedited body-worn camera / bodycam recordings related to the following law enforcement critical incident:

Location: New Berlin Rd & N Main St, Jacksonville, Florida
Victim Name: Nelson Fabian Marrero Jr.

I am specifically requesting the unedited body-worn camera recordings captured by all officers present for the full duration of the incident, including audio recordings associated with the footage.

If any portion of the requested footage must be redacted, I ask that you clearly indicate the portions that have been redacted and provide an explanation of the legal basis for the redactions. If the requested footage is withheld in its entirety, please provide a detailed explanation citing relevant public records exemption(s).

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

PLEASE NOTE:
1. If you have requested body camera footage, these requests can be lengthy and will cost a minimum average of $80 but could cost several hundred dollars due to many factors:
* How long was the law enforcement encounter?
* How many deputies were on scene?
* How much redaction will be required for public release?
2. If you have requested only paper documentation, these do not require a charge unless the report is length or requires significant redaction.
3. Florida Statute 119 does not require a governmental body to create new information, to do legal research, or to answer questions.
