Jay,
Per the Legal Division-
Responsive records pursuant to your request have been located and are available on two CDs. They will be mailed to you. The charge for these records is being waived.
Regarding a search for electronic records (emails) regarding your request, the search terms in your request produced an initial audit in the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department’s Information Technology (“IT”) Division of 15+ terabytes of data. Per the IT Division, it is not feasible to export an audit this large. If you are interested, you can further define your search terms and dates and we will be better able to determine if electronic records (emails) can be exported and produced. There will, however, be a charge for the IT time to locate these records.
Thank you,
Leah K. Freeman
