Thank you for your timely response. At which time and of which method will I know that the case is no longer ongoing and another request can be submitted?

Regarding closed Request #24-13801, are there any redacted documents or non-investigative parts of the file I can access? Is there any timeline as to when this case will be closed and I can access the records as you have already deemed it a murder - suicide and I am only attempting to understand the events leading up to the deaths.

Thank you
