Pursuant to the The Missouri Sunshine Law, I hereby request the following records:
I am requesting the request correspondence and responsive records for FOIA request(s) submitted by KSDK News, Christine Byers, or Justina Coronel requesting an email and video from “stlconcernedcitizen” referenced in this story: https://www.ksdk.com/article/news/local/top-aide-sam-page-quits-video-sex-act-surfaces-calvin-harris/63-7c2f6cc5-3d60-4415-a3f0-85c24524af12. I am also requesting any internal agency/department correspondence that was conducted to fulfill the request.
I am not requesting a record of the video itself nor do I want it included in any potential responsive documents to this request.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 3 business days, as the statute requires.
