Good morning.
You’ll need to contact Missouri American Water Company and the Metropolitan Sewer District (MSD) for these records. St. Louis County provides neither water nor sanitary or storm sewer service to residents or businesses. Missouri American Water provides water service, while MSD is responsible for storm and sanitary sewer service.

Hello Mr. Wrone,
Thanks so much for your message. Could you please confirm that your office doesn't have any communications or other materials that might be responsive, or could you please clarify whether another office would have materials related to agreements or oversight of the water system?
Thanks so much for your help.
Have a great week,
Beryl
