Pursuant to the Connecticut Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
Any and all police reports, incident reports, and any other police documentation related to police activity at the address of 296 Sylvan Knoll Road, Stamford, CT 06902 for the dates between May 1, 2022, to May 6, 2024.
This request is being made in a personal capacity and is no way affiliated with any professional media, news organization or journalistic endeavor.
I also request that, if possible and pursuant to Conn. Gen. Stat. § 1-212(d), fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest and not made for commercial gain. The requested documents will be made available to the public at MuckRock.com.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 4 business days, as the statute requires.

Please refer to the above File No. in any future correspondence regarding this matter.
Please note that you previously made a similar request for the period between May 1, 2022, to July 12, 2023 in our File No. A23-0410. We informed you that there were no responsive documents. On the basis of this history, our response will be limited to the period from July 13, 2023 to May 6, 2024.
I have asked the Stamford Police Department Records Division to conduct a search for
responsive documents during that period. However, if there is pending criminal prosecution, responsive documents are exempt pursuant to CGS Section 1-210(b)(3).
Additionally, the City does not agree to waive fees. You have not demonstrated that responsive
documents will benefit the general welfare, as required by CGS Section 1-212(d)(3).
