From: Aleksandra Conevska
To Whom It May Concern:
Pursuant to the Georgia Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
Cast vote record (CVR) data for the following elections:
1. 2020 Nov General Election
2. 2022 Nov Midterm Election
Specifically, I’m looking for the full anonymized record of votes cast each election generated by the Dominion voting system. Forsyth County has an example of these records posted for the 2024 General Election under the name “Cast Vote Records (CVR) Report” at this link: https://www.forsythco.com/Departments-Offices/Voter-Registrations-Elections/Election-Results. Please let me know if you need any further clarification on the type of data that I am requesting.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 3 business days, as the statute requires.
Sincerely,
Aleksandra Conevska
